What are the standards for accrediting enterprises and outlets?

If the local government units (LGUs) are authorized to distribute or allocate food stamps, what are the measures to foreclose the politicization of the program?

What is the initial outlay to launch the program and what is the funding source? 
- 
What is the proposed outlay to continue the implementation of the program in 2024? and 
- 
What is the duration of the program and what is the exit plan?
